I haven't received my package yet. Can you send a replacement?
On rare occasions the post office delivers mail to the wrong address. Usually people are nice enough to forward it on, so I ask customers to wait a few days see if the package shows up. You might also check with your mail person and/or local post office to see if they have any insight.
If you don't receive it after 10 days, I'm more than happy to send a replacement. However, you will need to file a missing mail inquiry on USPS.com to obtain a record of non-delivery. Once you have the inquiry request confirmation number, I can issue a refund or reship your items. You can find all the info on the process here:

I'm not happy with my order. Can I get a refund?
If you're unhappy for any reason, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I will be happy to start the return process. All items must be in new or like new condition. No refund on shipping charges. Buyer pays return shipping.
